If you’re always lacking in hair’spiration early in the morning and have been wearing the same old ponytail since you were twelve, then maybe it’s time to try something new! But don’t worry, you don’t have to spend hours stabbing yourself with hair grips and losing all the blood in your arms; the beauty bloggers of the world have done all the hard work for you. I’ve selected a few of my favourite hair tutorial treats that will give you a fresh look and probably get you some compliments along the way.
1. Braided Crown
This first one is a little too hard for me I have to admit as I have never been able to do a French Plait, but if you have that mastered then this shouldn’t be too much of an extra stretch. Emma from ‘A Beautiful Mess’ has a whole list of amazingly creative hair styles with stunning photography to guide you through each step.
2. Three Twisted Buns
Joanna Goddard from ‘A Cup of Jo’ brings us this very nifty little number, perfect for when you’re in a bit of a hurry and don’t have too much time to faff. It still gives the impression you spent more than five seconds in the mirror and adds a little French chic to your look.

3. Swept Away Bob
You can find a heap of hair tutorials on Refinery 29 but this one in particular caught my eye because of its ability to deceive people! So if you have longer locks and dream of having shorter more manageable hair but like me are too much of a wimp to ever chop it off; then why not fake it with this clever faux-bob.
